Wood Cliff – Renovation : Austin, Texas

An interior redesign without structural changes replaced the cramped and dated layout with one that is both sleek and spacious. The new kitchen arrangement optimizes performance by stretching out lengthwise in the space. The desired effect was a bold high contrast look to convey the high energy of the space. The awkward and clumsy existing bathroom layout was replaced with a new one that is both functional and elegant. Fixtures are now organized to make the most use of the smaller space, without crowding each other, and optimizing flow. The desired effect was a subdued color palate for easy relaxation. Concept renderings and construction drawings provided.
